Hot Bartender at Drago Centro
Jaymee is the head bartender at Drago Centro is there every night except Tuesdays and Sundays. She along with Beverage Director/ Sommelier Michael Shearin, have developed seasonal cocktail lists that are very original. Yet there are always a number of classic cocktails on special that are great. And she’s more than happy to whip you up something to your taste or select a wine for you. And when I can’t think of something I want, she always has a mai tai for me.
Drago Centro is probably the restaurant/bar that I frequent the most. With more than 40 check-ins according to foursquare, I’ve had a lot of cocktails from Jaymee. They’re very consistent.
